The 1,144 sq. ft condo features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a bright and inviting kitchen, dining area, living area, a nice lanai with outdoor dining set, just steps away from the community pool area with hot tub, kiddie section, and barbecue grills.
Central A/C and ceiling fans in every room.
The Primary bedroom features a Cal. King size bed, walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom with the convenience of a double sink, and a spacious walk-in shower.
The second bedroom is furnished with one Queen bed, and one Twin bed. And, a desk / work-space in the second bedroom is convenient for business travelers.
The second bath features a single sink vanity, and a shower/tub combo.
Hardwood flooring, and bright white cabinetry make the condo cool and inviting.
Smart TV's with both regular upgraded cable and app options like Netflix, Prime, etc in the living room and primary bedroom. (use your own log-ins) WiFi and Domestic Calling included.
Main Bathroom with Double sinks, & spacious walk-in shower.

- Dec 1 2025 – March 31, 2026: $6500/month
- April 1 to June 30, 2026: $5500/month
- July 1 to Aug 31, 2026: $6359/month
- Sept 1 to Oct 31, 2026: $4950/month
- Nov 1 to Dec 1, 2026: $5450/month
- Dec 1 2026 – March 31, 2027: $6695/month
Add state & county taxes of 18.712%, a departure cleaning fee of $350,
and a separate $1000 refundable security deposit.

Melissa is very responsive and professional. The condo is beautiful, and the location is hard to beat. You can walk to Roy's in 5 minutes, and to the town center in 10 minutes. We would definitely stay there again.

Comfortable Work Stay (August 2024)
Very comfortable clean place with easy access to the pool and hot tub. This place has everything you need down to the espresso maker. Comfortable mattresses, and nice size TV in the living area. Spacious master room. I’d definitely rent again. Great host with good communication.

Crisp Clean Condo (Jan 2016) This property was exactly what we hoped for and more. Very uncluttered but with everything we needed for a month long stay. It's in a great location very close to the beautiful pool. The neighborhood is so pretty, we enjoyed walking to the stores, restaurants and beaches. Melissa is great to work with and the owner provided a special place to stay. We highly recommend this condo. - Keakie, Cape Cod Perfect Family Condo (May 2015) The listing for this condo is completely accurate. This unit is very clean and well maintained. The amount of living and closet space is perfect, even large enough to store 8 suitcases and unpack the contents. Melissa has been awesome to work with through the whole process, from first inquiry if the condo was available to once we were here and had a check out question- and everything in between, she was very quick to respond, and always resolved/answered our questions. I would 100% recommend this rental to all my friends and family, it is such a gem here in beautiful KoOlina. We have children and the pool is great! You can't bet the one minute walk to the pool gate from the lanai. It has a wonderful kiddie area that is 1 1/2 feet deep with a half wall blocking it from the deeper area of the main pool. This kiddie area has been well loved by our toddler! Not to mention the pool is beautiful with the tropical plantings and plenty of chairs and loungers. Roy's and Monkey Pod make very delicious food, and it's been very nice to be able to walk to them. - Kimberly G.
Great 3 months at this Condo! (May 2012)
Our family recently stayed here in the condo for 3 months while relocating to Hawaii from New Jersey. What a nice place Ko Olina is! We were so glad to have Melissa help us with our reservation process. Thank you for making things go so smoothly during our move. The condo looks exactly like the photos, and everything described is very accurate- we had everything we needed! We were a little less then a 10 minute walk to the beach lagoons, and it was so nice to have the gym to work out everyday. We felt so secure within the gated community, and took advantage of the pool almost every day. Now that we have settled in our new house, if we have family come to visit we will make sure to recommend this condo!
