Your vacation starts as you enter the gate, surrounded by beautiful palm trees and the gorgeous Ko Olina LPGA-level golf course. Feel the tropical breeze and enjoy this perfect vacation spot in paradise!
The 1,468 sq. ft condo features comfortable modern furnishings, central AC, a fully stocked kitchen, stainless steel appliances, and all linens provided. The open floor plan has a spacious living area / dining area / kitchen, and expanded cable Smart TV. A peaceful lanai space is off the living room, overlooking greenery.
The Primary bedroom features a King sized bed, work space, Smart TV, two closets (one is a large walk-in closet) and en-suite bathroom. Bathroom has double sink vanity, with a shower/tub combination.
The second bedroom features another King sized bed, large closet with extra linens, Smart TV, and a ceiling fan.
The third bedroom features two XL Twin beds, closet with extra linens, and tropical ceiling fan.
A full-sized washer and dryer is provided for your convenience. Expanded Spectrum Cable TV and fast and secure wireless internet are great for working from home or multiple streaming devices.
The private and gated community pool area with a waterfall, children’s section, jacuzzi, lounge chairs, and covered grilling/dining area is a 1-minute walk away.
The villa is within walking distance of Ko Olina’s amazing golf course, Roy’s restaurant, shopping area, and four beautiful Ko Olina beach lagoons (8-12 min walk).

Add state & county taxes of 17.962%, a departure cleaning fee of $399, and a $1000 fully refundable security deposit. Please note- in 2026 the state tax rate increases by .75%.
