The great room on the first floor is a cozy gathering place with a large living room, high ceilings, a 50-inch smart flat-screen TV with cable/Wi-Fi, a dining area with a large dining table, fully equipped kitchen with all stainless appliances, and a breakfast bar with additional seating. The ground level patio opens to a view of a beautiful green and winding path to the pool. Two of the bedrooms are located upstairs.

The 2nd floor Primary suite has a plush King bed, a large TV in the armoire, and a beautiful ensuite bathroom with a large tiled walk-in shower, double sinks, and a private soaking tub. The upstairs lanai is located via a sliding door off the primary bedroom. Relax and enjoy the beautiful view of the green space from above.

The second upstairs bedroom has a Queen and a twin bed, all with high-quality linens. There is a 34′ smart TV for your enjoyment. The bathroom just outside the door has a tub/shower combo. Then the third bedroom, located conveniently on the first floor, has a plush queen-sized bed and a 34′ smart TV. This room is very private and has a full-size bathroom outside the door.

The upgraded kitchen has stainless steel appliances, and is stocked with all the utensils and cookware you need to create delicious meals. The dining set seats 6, and for additional seating there are three counter-height barstools for the kitchen breakfast bar.

A separate laundry room features a full-sized washer and dryer for your convenience.

The location is within easy walking distance to the pool area, and to the Resort’s fabulous white sand lagoons, championship golf course, and Roy’s restaurant.
