This gorgeous 3-bedroom, 2-bath villa is located in Hawaii’s premier Ko Olina Beach Resort in the gated community of Ko Olina Kai.
Your vacation starts as you enter the gate, surrounded by beautiful palm trees and the gorgeous KoOlina LPGA-level golf course.
The 1,468 sq. ft villa features comfortable, high-end quality furnishings, a fully stocked kitchen, and modern appliances, and all linens are provided. It features an open floor plan (large living room/dining room/kitchen area, expanded cable with 55′ flat-screen TV, and a DVD player). A relaxing lanai space with a table and seating is off the living room, and overlooks a green space.
The primary bedroom with a King sized bed has two closets (one is a large walk-in closet) and an en-suite bathroom with double vanity and a shower/tub combination.
The second bedroom has a Queen sized bed, large closet with extra linens, a color 32′ flat-screen TV, and a ceiling fan. The 3rd bedroom features two double (full) beds, a large closet, and a beautiful tropical ceiling fan.
A full-sized washer and dryer is provided for your convenience. Expanded Spectrum Cable TV and fast and secure wireless internet are great for working from home if you must.
The private and gated pool area with a waterfall, children’s section, jacuzzi, lounge chairs, and covered grilling/dining area is a 1-minute walk away. The villa is within walking distance of KoOlina’s amazing golf course, Roy’s restaurant, and four beautiful Koolina beach lagoons (8-12 min walk).
