About the Beach Villas

Ko Olina Beach Villas Resort is situated directly on the the resort’s second lagoon. It is just steps from the ocean, and walking distance to all wonderful hotel dining within the Ko Olina Resort area. There are two towers, the Beach Tower and Ocean Tower. Both our Villa options are located within the Beach Tower- the one closest to the beach and Lagoon Pool.

All Beach Villa Rental Properties include:

Access to the recreation areas within the Villas property with use of the two pools (quiet pool and lagoon pool with kiddie section), 3 hot tubs, barbecues, Fitness Center, and saunas, steam rooms, and locker rooms.
Each rental has an in-unit Washer & Dryer, Central A/C, Upgraded Cable TV, Netflix (use your own sign-in), and High Speed WiFi *Spectrum “Ultra” WiFi up to 400 mbps.
Kitchen essentials, all linens, beach towels, and a selection of kids beach items.
Family friendly items: pack-n-play crib and high chair.

During your stay:

Check-in: 4pm / Check-Out 10am (exceptions to these times may be requested as available, with possible fees)

Guests have their privacy, but we are available for help anytime. There is also a 24-hr staffed front desk at the lobby, and daily on-site maintenance services.

Additional Information:

Reservation Confirmed with Rental Agreement and Security Deposit.
Primary Tenant must be at least 21 years old, No smoking, No Pets.
There is not daily housekeeping service including in the noted cleaning fee. Mid-stay or daily housekeeping may be arranged with our cleaning service at an additional fee.
Villa is equipped with high speed WiFi connectivity (bring your own laptop), Cable TV, DVD player, bed linens, towels, beach towels, dishes, cooking utensils, and an initial starter supply of bath & kitchen soaps, laundry detergent, and paper goods. Tenants are responsible for replenishing their own amenities once the initial starter supply has been used.
Fitness Center and Spa is included in this Villa rental- you may use the key-card to enter. Please follow all posted rules in the gym area.
The Lap Pool is designated as a “quiet pool”. Infants and Toddlers are to wear “swim diapers” in pools. No Diving in Pools.
